Surgery Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for caring patients with General surgery, Orthopaedic surgery and Minor surgery problems. Hospitalized patients are vised daily by specialists doctors or medical doctors accompanied by nurses who provide care as recommended by doctors.
Accident & Emergency
Emergency Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for delivering emergency care. Patients at emergency service are consulted by medical doctors accompanied by nurse who provide care as recommended by doctors.
Internal Medicine
Internal medicine Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for caring patients above 15 years old with acute pathologies or chronic diseases. Hospitalized patients are vised daily by specialists doctors or medical doctors accompanied by nurses who provide care as recommended by doctors.

Gynecology & Obstetrics
Gyneco-Obstetrics Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for caring women till delivery. Hospitalized patients are vised daily by specialists doctors or medical doctors accompanied by midwife who provide care as recommended by doctors.
Pediatrics
Pediatric Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for caring patients under 15 years old. Hospitalized patients are vised daily by specialists doctors or medical doctors accompanied by nurses who provide care as recommended by doctors.
Neonatology
Neonatology Service is an IPD (In Patient Department) service designed for caring new born. Hospitalized patients are visited daily by specialists doctors or medical doctors accompanied by nurses who provide care as recommended by doctors.
OPD
Out Patient Department is designed to care patients who are not in critical conditions. After consultation, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.
Ophthalmology
The Kabgayi Eye Unit is one department in Kabgayi Hospital located in Muhanga District. Kabgayi hospital is a Catholic hospital (Catholic diocese of Kabgayi), and works in partnership with the Rwandan Ministry of Health.
NCDs
The non-communicable diseases service operates 9 hours per day, five days per week. It deals with non-communicable diseases by assessing, prescription of medication and other specific acts follow up and educates the patients on their conditions and if necessary transfer the patient to the Doctors.

Laboratory Service is one of Medical and Allied Health Sciences (MAHS) services and designed for executing Lab orders from different services and send back results. It has machines ( Hematology, Clinical chemistry, assay machine, Genexpart machine,CD4 machine , VL machine and microscopes)

Stomatology is a service designed to care patients with teeth and gum hygiene problems. After consultation, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.

Isange One Stop Center
GBV Service is an OPD (Out Patient Department) service designed for delivering care to victims of GBV (Gender Based Violence). Patients at GBV service are consulted by medical doctors accompanied by nurse who provide care as recommended by doctors. When stable patients are transferred to another service or referral hospital accordingly.
Mental Health
Mental health Service is a service designed to care patients with mental health problems. After consultation, Counselling, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.
ARV
ARV service is a service designed to care patients with HIV. After consultation, investigation done by care providers and gaining treatment patients can return to their home, taking drugs and implementing guidance given by care providers.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy Service is one of Medical and Allied Health Sciences (MAHS) services and designed for assessing patient’s condition and physical status, and prepare a treatment program according to findings, using recognized treatment procedures suitable to patient’s condition.
Nutrition
The Nutrition unit provides clinical application for nutrition therapy and education. It offers also the Reception, Screening, Evaluation and Follow up and Provide right information to the next step of health care to be provided.
