Nursing and Midwifery Unit
The Nursing and Midwifery Unit oversees and evaluating all nursing personnel (registered nurses, Midwives.) Guiding staffing procedures Setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department while create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.
Administration and Finance Unit
Directorate of administration and finance unit at Kabgayi DH is responsible for planning, Directing, Coordinating and Supervising financial and administrative activities of hospital by Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutions, Creating annual budgets, Reviewing monthly and annual Financial reports.
A Director of Education and Research
A Director of Education and Research is a senior hospital leader responsible for overseeing all training, education, and research activities within a health facility.
